Each principal regularly audits our facilities and trains our teams. This authorized status means our customers receive genuine products with full manufacturer support, warranty coverage, and access to the latest formulations.

Yes — technical support is central to our business model. Our team of approximately 24 professionals includes pharmacists, chemical engineers, food scientists, adhesive application engineers, coating chemists, and regulatory specialists. We provide:

  • Application Trials: We conduct pilot-scale and bench-scale trials in our laboratory to demonstrate product performance before you commit to production-scale adoption.
  • Formulation Support: Our chemists and food scientists work with your R&D team to develop new formulations, optimize existing ones, and solve production challenges.
  • Competitor Matching: When you need to evaluate alternatives to your current materials, we conduct systematic side-by-side comparisons and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Product Reverse Engineering: We analyze competitor products and develop matching or superior formulations using materials from our portfolio.
  • On-Site Support: Our application engineers visit customer facilities for equipment setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting — particularly for adhesive bonding and coating applications.
  • Training: We organize product training sessions, application workshops, and technical seminars — both at our offices and at customer facilities.

Requesting a sample is straightforward:

  • Contact us by phone (+962-6-533-5888), email (info@targetchemicals.com), or through our Contact page .
  • Tell us your application, the product you are interested in, and the quantity you need for evaluation.
  • Our technical team will confirm product suitability, prepare the sample with full documentation (TDS, SDS, CoA), and arrange delivery.
  • For enzyme and culture products, we can also provide dosage recommendations and application guidelines for your specific production process.

Most standard samples ship within 3–5 business days from our Amman warehouse. Specialty items or custom formulations may require additional lead time — our team will confirm timelines when you place your request.

There is no charge for standard evaluation samples. For larger trial quantities, we provide competitive trial pricing.

Yes. Regulatory support is a core part of our service portfolio. Our regulatory specialists manage:

  • JFDA Registration: Product registration and notification with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration for food additives, processing aids, pharmaceutical excipients, and other regulated materials.
  • Pharmaceutical Documentation: Dossier preparation, DMF (Drug Master File) support, and pharmacopoeial compliance verification (Ph. Eur., USP-NF, JP, ChP) for pharmaceutical raw materials.
  • Import Permits: Customs documentation, import license management, and regulatory clearance for controlled and regulated chemical imports.
  • Export Documentation: Certificates of Origin, Free Sale Certificates, and destination-market regulatory documentation for cross-border shipments.
  • Halal Certification: We maintain and supply valid Halal certificates for all applicable products from accredited certification bodies.
  • CoA Verification: Every batch we supply includes a manufacturer Certificate of Analysis. We verify specifications and lot traceability before releasing any shipment.

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product, principal, and delivery mode:

  • Local Stock Products: For products we hold in our Amman warehouse, MOQs are typically as low as a single case, drum, or bag — depending on the product’s standard packaging unit. This allows customers to start with manageable quantities for trials or small-batch production.
  • Direct Import Orders: For products ordered directly from our principals’ factories, MOQs depend on the principal’s shipping terms. These typically range from a single pallet to a full container, depending on the product and origin.
  • Custom Blends and Premixes: For DSM-Firmenich vitamin premixes and other custom-blended products, MOQs are determined by the blending facility’s minimum batch size — typically 100–500 kg depending on complexity.

Our team will confirm exact MOQs, lead times, and pricing when you inquire about a specific product. For first-time orders, we often arrange smaller introductory quantities to support your evaluation process.

Quality assurance runs through every step of our supply chain:

  • Authorized Sourcing Only: Every product comes directly from the manufacturer through our authorized distributor agreements — no unauthorized channels or third-party intermediaries.
  • Temperature-Controlled Storage: Our warehouses maintain controlled temperature zones for heat-sensitive products including enzymes, dairy cultures, vitamins, and pharmaceutical excipients. All storage follows GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines.
  • FIFO Inventory Management: First In, First Out stock rotation ensures customers always receive the freshest product available with maximum remaining shelf life.
  • Batch Traceability: Full lot number tracking from manufacturer to customer. Every product can be traced back to its production batch, manufacturing date, and quality release documentation.
  • CoA with Every Shipment: Certificate of Analysis from the manufacturer accompanies every batch delivery, confirming the product meets its published specifications.
  • Principal Audits: Our facilities and processes are regularly audited by our principals — Henkel, Novonesis, DSM-Firmenich, MEGGLE, and others conduct periodic on-site assessments.
